1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC provides art direction, brand strategy, design, and digital experience services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, code, and software, is the property of HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for project work, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their project agreement. HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback, approvals, and materials necessary for project completion
• Ensuring that provided content (text, images, branding assets) does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintaining confidentiality of project briefs and proprietary information

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project's statement of work. Generally:

• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee

6. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $150/hour.

7. Limitation of Liability

HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, unreleased designs, trade secrets, and any materials marked as confidential.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC will deliver all completed work product to the client
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

10. Warranties

HYDROLIX SOLUTION LLC warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Final designs are provided "as-is" after client approval.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
